The Director, who was born and raised in India, caught the Vision of Shining Stars while he worked for Campus Crusade’s Here’s Life Inner City in Los Angeles, under Mr. Daniel Pryor. Later, Mercy, an Indian national and the directors wife also caught the vision. The vision of S.A.Y. Yes Center’s for Youth Development was birthed in Dan Pryor, who had a burden to reach the poor youth of the inner cities of America. In 1996 the couple moved back to India and began having a few children over to their home, in March of 1996, after school to help them with their homework and share the love of Christ with them. The ministry has grown until today and God has raised up 30 centers, in partnership with various churches, which are serving about 1000 children on a daily basis.
