Central:
Word and Deed organised two seminars. A workshop for their teachers and a seminar on interpersonal relationships for their non teaching staff. These seminars were held on the 2nd and 3rd June at their school at Begumpet. Samson, Krishna, Sneha and Usha Divakaran were the facilitators.
APSACS with CHAI conducted two Workshops for medical staff. One at Nellore and the other at Vishakhapatnam. [12,13, 19th June] There were 21 and 40 participants respectively. Syraskumar facilitated the sessions.
Marriage Counsellors’ Training Seminar was held at Srikakulam from June 24th to 27th, 2009. Mr. M. Jayanendra kumar, Mrs. Mercy Jonathan and Mr. Syraskumar were the facilitators. This seminar was organised by Carmel Prayer Fellowship (Independent church)
West:
‘Gospel for All’ organised module 1 of the Advanced Biblical Counselling seminar for the people working among the Gondu tribe. This was held at Srironcha from the 3rd to 6th June. Syras and Sangeet Rao were the facilitators.
Samson facilitated a workshop for teachers for 60 teachers at Jesus ,Mary and Joseph College, Tenali on the 13th June.
An Introduction to Biblical Counselling seminar was held on the 26th & 27th June at YMCA Navi Mumbai for 16 people. Krishna, Rachel Ellis , Jaya Abraham and Sheela Clements facilitated the sessions.
South:
An ‘Introduction to Biblical Counselling’ seminar was held at Chennai on 13th & 14th June. 19 participants were enriched by sessions facilitated by Kaneesh, Sharon Joseph and Chackochen. The seminar was organised by Shalom family enrichment ministry.
Samson Gandhi and Chackochan facilitated a workshop for teachers at Women’s Christian College, Chennai on 15th & 16th June. 30 staff members attended the programme. This was ably organized by Dr. Veena Easvaradoss who also coordinated all the arrangements seamlessly.
A Workshop on Counseling for Teachers was held at Lady Doak College, Madurai on June 28th, 2009 The 37 participants appreciated the sessions facilitated by Samson.

Counselling report
28 people were counseled for over 37 hours and 35 minutes with issues relating to family, marriage, pre marital, interpersonal relationships, ministry, addictions, anxiety, depression, grief and goal setting. The counselors were Samson, Syraskumar, Rev Daniel Zachariah and Krishna.
