Telangana region comprises 10 districts of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Though the capital city Hyderabad is a part of the region, there has not been much development in the rest of the area. The region is drought-prone, hence there has not been much economic growth. The people are trapped in a plethora of woes. Extremism, casteism, poverty, illiteracy, under-development, idolatry are just some of them.
In obedience to His call, Caleb quit his well-paid job and launched out into the deep by faith not knowing how things would take shape. But the dream that he had kept growing stronger by the day and no amount of discouragement could put him down.
It was in 1995 that Harvest Ministries was born. Caleb started visiting the villages and shared the Gospel with them. It was a sight to behold, as Caleb would travel hundreds of miles on his two-wheeler with a projector and other paraphernalia tagged to it. The Lord began to bless his obedience and slowly the ministry began to grow.
The first evangelists to be appointed were Daniel (Jillela village) and Premanandam (Siricilla) in the same year.
Eight years down the line, Harvest Ministries boasts of an evangelistic team, which is 20 strong. All of them are dedicated and committed to carry further the vision of the ministry, which was given by the Lord himself.
Added to it there are three members who take care of the administration of the organization. Sujatha works as the administrative secretary and Ratanraj is the field co-ordinator. Raju is the office assistant. We also have David, a former staffer, who helps in keeping the accounts book on a part-time basis.

Rev. CALEB PREMANANDAM RAYAPATI, the Director of HM, is an associate staff of the HARVEST, which is based in Phoenix, AZ, USA. In this capacity, CALEB organizes seminars for the pastors and Christian leaders across India, equipping the Church with a Biblical vision for wholistic ministries. CALEB is also the resource person, widely in demand to preach and teach this vision in India and neighboring countries.
