Adieu!
About a year back, R who was HIV positive, came to ACCEPT in a completely desperate condition. Today he is a new person; transformed beyond recognition. He found hope in the Lord Jesus Christ and was in active fellowship with the Agape Assembly till recently when he was offered a good job at Mumbai by an HIV/AIDS organisation. He bid farewell to ACCEPT last month. It was with a heavy heart that he left the place that had meant so much to him; a home that gave him love, hope, dignity and a family in Christ. The ACCEPT family was as much saddened by his departure as he was. Yet we rejoice for the opportunity that God has given him. We wish him well and pray that he may be blessing, wherever he is.

Incinerator for ACCEPT
With the help of Salvation Army Hospital in Tamilnadu, ACCEPT has got a low cost incinerator to eliminate the medical waste in an environmentally safe manner.

Milk and Eggs
Power and Fertiliser
We now have a dairy with five cows and about thirty chicken, helping us get necessary milk and eggs for our patients. The dung from the dairy is used in the Gobar Gas facility to generate gas for cooking. The residue from the gobar gas plant forms a fine biological fertiliser.

Pray for Sister S

S is expecting her second child next month. Please pray for a safe delivery and for the health of the child.

Chief Minister's Promise Coming Through
During the inauguration of the ACCEPT hospice in May 2002, the Karnataka Chief Minister had promised a 2 acre plot of land for farming and development of infrastructure. After two years of follow-up work, the Government has decided to lease the land to us for 10 years. We need supporters to develop this piece of land

for farming and income-generation projects.

Vehicle for ACCEPT
Accept was in need of an ambulance and another smaller vehicle. Many of you who came to know of the need contributed. The money received was not enough to buy a new vehicle and as the need was urgent, the existing Jeep was modified into an ambulance. A used car was purchased for the other needs. Thanks to all who supported.

From HIV Positive to Life Eternal
One more brother and sister obeyed the Lord and are in happy fellowship with the Agape Assembly.
