The Care Centre is located beside Doddagubbi, a small village off Hennur Road in Bangalore. It gives inpatient care for up to 25 patients at a time and to many more as outpatients.The Care Centre has become the hub of ACCEPT's activities. Patients have found it a place where they receive unconditional love and acceptance. Their physical, psychological and spiritual needs are recognized and necessary treatment given to put them on the road to good health in all spheres. Income generating skills are imparted to enable patients support themselves and their dependents. Besides being a support/counsel centre for patients and their relatives it is also a resource centre for awareness creation programmes. Patients from very poor backgrounds who are a burden to their families are given priority for admission as in-patients

ACCEPT equips patients with skills to help them become self-reliant for as long as possible. The laboratory conducts tests to determine the presence of HIV at a rational cost, and is open to all. Education and awareness building programmes are designed to educate people on how HIV spreads and how it can be prevented. Training is provided for teachers and others in the community who can influence behaviour in society. Classes on spiritual and moral values and character building help the patients in leading more fulfilled lives.
